Matt graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1999 with a BBA in Management. He entered the financial services industry in 1999. For just over 10 years he was associated with John Hancock Financial Network providing investment, insurance and financial planning advice to retail clients. Since 2008, Matt has transitioned to active money management utilizing tactical trading strategies. He currently serves as Portfolio Manager on SRG’s investment committee and oversees the daily execution of SRG’s investment models for clients and institutions.


COO and Director of Marketing

Jon brings years of management, operations and marketing experience to SRG. He was a leader in management and sales for a national insurance/ banking company for more than 11 years. Jon managed 25+ locations while being recognized as a multi-year award recipient of the Conference of Champions for both marketing and management roles. He then transitioned to become an independent advisor, offering clients investment, financial services and planning advice, as well as educating clients regarding insurance solutions within the financial planning process. Now with SRG, Jon leads the daily operations and marketing efforts of Signal in promoting the firm’s culture and wide range of unique and customized strategies.

James has served as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) for 34 years. In that role, he offers guidance to individuals and small businesses about making the most appropriate use of investments and insurance products to achieve their financial goals. He particularly enjoys helping community-based banks provide a broader scope of services to the loyal customers who trust them deeply. James also enjoys helping people more clearly define their goals for retirement and then developing plans to make those goals a reality. With SRG, James oversees the development and design of Investment and Financial planning for the firm.

Investment Advisor Representative and Medicare Specialist

Michael White began his collegiate studies at Texas Tech University and transplanted to Oklahoma to finish and earn his degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. His educational background has given him a solid foundation for serving his clients.  Michael White began his career in the insurance and financial services industry in 2006.

Michael is committed to building relationships, assisting individuals and businesses with their insurance and financial needs, and providing excellent customer service. Helping people secure their lives, businesses, retirement and legacy is his true passion and it his honor to assist clients in reaching their goals.

He is passionate and dedicated to working within the Senior Community to help them navigate the Medicare system. Michael also specializes in Social Security and Income Planning. He loves to serve his community and he is actively involved with his church, Crossing Community Church.  Michael is an avid outdoorsman and loves spending time with family and friends. He has been married to his wife, Heather, since 2007. Together they have three beautiful daughters: Olivia, Emily, and Charlotte.
